I ordered the flat pack version of this beauty, as I have a very narrow staircase, also the price suited me better. Delivery was quick, the guys brought the boxes up-for which I was grateful.
I’m not a DIY goddess unfortunately, but I did put the shelving together by myself. It took about 5 hours, so a therapeutic afternoon. :) The quality is amazing! If all flat pack furniture would be like this, the world would be a better place!
It wasn’t the easiest job, but definitely satisfying. I only needed a friend’s help to lift it off the floor.
It’s still a bit messy, I’m just happy that my books are out of their boxes. The size is very spacious, I’m planning on getting a nice little lamp for a shelf and I still have space for new additions to my library! The whole experience was great from start to finish. Thank you!
I have been looking for something like this for a while. It has totally changed the look of our lounge, it is perfect, I love it! Would definitely purchase from this company again, cannot fault the service.
Looks great and pretty easy to put together. Only tricky bit is lining up the holes when attaching the final two sides but didn’t cause too much bother. Courier shifted delivery date and rescheduled a couple of times which was the only drawback.
Wanted something a bit different from standard bookshelves, but which did not cost an arm and a leg. Risked ordering online without seeing the finished product due to the good reviews. Waited 12 weeks, which is longer than the advised time frame, but was worth the wait. Delivery man Carl was superb - clear indication of date and time of delivery, and placed the units exactly where I wanted them. I have anchored them together, and to the wall for stability. They have flaws, but that is part of the charm. Sturdy. They will last a long time…. Well worth buying if you want something a little bit different to the Ikea in your neighbours house.
The unit is really well made, and of a sturdy type. It fits in the space that I hopes it would. There was some dust left in the unit - not sure why.
Not 5 stars as the delivery process was very disappointing.
Such a beautiful addition to my living space. The texture and colours of the wood, the cool zigzag design, and the handmade individuality make it a stunning piece. After waiting a few weeks after ordering I was nervous about whether I'd made a good choice but as soon as I saw it in the back of the delivery van I knew it would be perfect. I love it, simple as that and worth every penny.
Getting this bookcase custom made for our home was really easy, and with the amount we invested into it we are so happy with how it turned out. Andy helped a lot with the measurements, and Carl was very good when making the delivery, leaving us with some extra wax to put on the bookcase to make sure it would be ok when it was put together.
Absolutely love our new bookcase, so much so I’m thinking of ordering more for another room, definitely worth the wait. Seamless service, straightforward messaging, informed few weeks ahead when it was being made and week it was being delivered. The courier Carl was a really lovely fella who messaged the day before to check access etc and then on the morning to confirm approx time of delivery, carried into the house and put exactly where I wanted. It’s a gorgeous feature in our room and we’re really happy with it thank you, would 100% recommend.

Well it’s finally in place and looks great, but I had to employ a joiner to dismantle the top piece to get it up the stairs and then remake it in the room, which has taken the glow off a bit. The drawers stick and are wonky but at least they more or less close now. Just be warned the top piece does not come in nice segments as the advert shows. I like the look of it, but not happy with the price, given what I had to do to get it in the house and will have to do again when I move.

Thank you for the review, and I'm glad it looks great in place. Sorry the move upstairs turned into such a job. Our units are handmade and built as solid pieces rather than flat pack, which is what gives them their strength and the 25-year guarantee. We can sometimes build in two or three sections for tricky access, so to anyone reading: if you need a piece in more parts than that, just ask before ordering and we'll advise what's possible.
Really well made book case, really brought the room to life - as if something was always missing. Looks better in person.
It fits perfectly on my living room, definitely solid and well made. The quality is great, the colour is wonderful. My only complaint was the time it took to receive the piece and the fact that cost of delivery wasn’t disclosed upon ordering. That aspect is what is holding me from ordering 3 other pieces. Apart from that, it is a lovely piece and really solid! ❤️
I love this. It suits me perfectly as someone who needs a desk but never has enough room for books. It looks interesting and unique, and alternated nicely the spaces for books with smaller spaces for pictures and ornaments. I like the position of the shelf for my laptop. It’s a lovely piece of furniture and reminded me of William Morris who wanted everything to be useful and beautiful.
Absolutely love this piece of furniture that has enabled me to pull together my collections of CDs, Vinyl and 78s all in one place. It fits perfectly in my open plan kitchen diner. It was a long wait but worth it! Special thanks to Carl for remaining cheerful and charming despite challenges accessing my road and steps up to my house.

The two gentlemen who delivered the bookcase initially said they could not take it upstairs for me but kindly changed their mind when I told them I lived on my own. I was very grateful- thank you.
My only concern was there was little communication after purchase on a delivery date.
Now it’s here I’m delighted with it.
We wanted to have a statement unit to display ornaments but look uncluttered and suit our decor. This suited us perfectly and doesn’t look off the shelf (excuse the pun!) ordered and delivered as promised, delivery driver helped carry unit to first floor, we are really pleased!
Delivery was organised and pretty smooth. Very pleased with the bookshelf. The family walked in the room and all said how good it looks.

Love it! Even better than I expected. Looks amazing in our dining room. Super helpful, they let me customise the layout with my own design. Delivered by Carl, top bloke, super strong, lifted it out of the back of the van like it was made of cardboard. Brilliant!
We love our new bookcase and it looks so great in our newly finished extension. Andy was so helpful when I realised I had mis-measured the space and was able to change our order for us when I got in touch. The delivery driver Carl was also really helpful at getting it into the space for us - and very communicative about delivery time
Overall the book case is lovely, but one of the shelves had some chipped wood where the screw on the side has been screwed in too high. Not the red of the world, but a clear imperfection.
Excellent from start to finish. Questions I posed were responded to quickly and delivery was within the expected timeframe. The quality of the items is fantastic and just what we wanted. Would definitely recommend!
