Looks great and pretty easy to put together. Only tricky bit is lining up the holes when attaching the final two sides but didn’t cause too much bother. Courier shifted delivery date and rescheduled a couple of times which was the only drawback.

The OG is the piece that built this workshop, a clean, chunky, open-fronted shelving unit in reclaimed scaffold board timber, and it's now offered in a flat pack format for customers who want the same handmade quality with easier delivery and a friendlier price.
Each unit is hand prepared in our St Ives workshop. The timber is cut, sanded and waxed in your chosen finish and step by step instructions are included in the box. No special tools needed beyond a screwdriver and an hour or two of your time.
Why flat pack?
Standard courier delivery instead of pallet freight, which means lower delivery costs and quicker dispatch (most flat pack orders ship within 5 working days). Easier access for upstairs flats, narrow hallways and tricky stairwells. The same handmade timber, the same 25 year guarantee, the same craftsmanship, just packed differently.
The OG is open fronted from top to bottom, every shelf the full width, no compartments, no doors, no drawers. It's the cleanest expression of what we do, and the easiest piece to style around your own space.
Why scaffold board timber?
Sturdy and reliable. Dense, well seasoned reclaimed timber that takes weight without flexing. Once assembled, no one would know it arrived flat packed.
Rustic and industrial. Protective wax finish and polished metal brackets, with every board carrying the natural marks and grain of its previous life.
Handmade in the UK. Cut, sanded and waxed by hand in our Cambridgeshire workshop. Made to order, every time.
