The two gentlemen who delivered the bookcase initially said they could not take it upstairs for me but kindly changed their mind when I told them I lived on my own. I was very grateful- thank you. My only concern was there was little communication after purchase on a delivery date. Now it’s here I’m delighted with it.
Beautiful bookcase - a quality piece of furniture, well made with a great finish. This bookcase is the 210cm x 180cm in medium oak. It was delivered in two sections (top and bottom) and screwed together easily. Delivery lead time was excellent (well within the timeframes advertised) and Carl was great at providing updates on delivery time slot and was friendly and professional. Great product, great service. Would highly recommend!
Loving my bookcase, solidly built with a rustic beauty. Looks great in my lounge. I requested a slight design change to one of the sections to accommodate my clock & all was incorporated seamlessly. Delivery experience & communication was very good. I did give my bookcase two further coats of medium oak woodstain as I didn't feel the colour was rich enough when it arrived - just my personal preference.

I love these shelves; they are a perfect addition to our bedroom. Perfect colours and enough nooks to decorate with plants and items. I decided to elevate the shelving unit on bricks to give make the base feel nice. I secured the units to the wall with a simple bracket for safety.

The bookcase is of very high quality and exceptionally well made. Sturdy and strong and really shows off your books and trinkets. A beautiful piece of furniture. My only criticism, ( and I think criticism is the wrong word) is that it is difficult to gauge the colour that the furniture is in 'real life' from the examples shown on the web page. However, this does not stop me recommending Reborn furniture with 5 *s.
The bookcase is great. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is the delivery. Rather than the delivery costs being paid on purchase, they use independent couriers who you have to pay directly. I had to pay £75 - explicitly asked for in cash - for the delivery and an extra £15 to bring it up one flight of stairs. This is a big premium to pay on top of the furniture that I've not experienced for any other comparable deliveries. And the fact it was cash only felt a bit dodgy.
We love the unit. The seller took quite a while to build it (which is fine for good quality) but the communication as to when it might be ready was a bit sparse. Wasn't sure at the time as to whether or not it would ever come! (Around 3 months with no comms) However when it did eventually arrive it looks amazing. Thanks Reborn.

Bookcase is solidly built, and I love the shape. I didn't give 5 stars as there is a small section on the back that missed staining, and some edges could have been sanded better, but otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.
