Love it! Even better than I expected. Looks amazing in our dining room. Super helpful, they let me customise the layout with my own design. Delivered by Carl, top bloke, super strong, lifted it out of the back of the van like it was made of cardboard. Brilliant!
We love our new bookcase and it looks so great in our newly finished extension. Andy was so helpful when I realised I had mis-measured the space and was able to change our order for us when I got in touch. The delivery driver Carl was also really helpful at getting it into the space for us - and very communicative about delivery time
Overall the book case is lovely, but one of the shelves had some chipped wood where the screw on the side has been screwed in too high. Not the red of the world, but a clear imperfection.

The bookcase is beautiful! A true centerpiece in my living room. Well built. Would definitely recommend. However, the delivery arrangements are a bit tricky so if you haven't got much flexibility about times and dates for the delivery I'd enquire first to avoid delays and disappointment.
We've just received our bookcase and absolutely love it. It is so stylish and well made. Customer service from Andy has been top class. He gave us great advice and also made us two smaller bespoke items that go beautifully with the big bookcase. Communication has been excellent throughout. Definitely recommend this company.

The unit is great - the service and delivery let the experience down - it was about 2 months late and the driver was at best so so
Really like the unit, but delivery was quite stressful. The deliverer brought in a too large unit and insisted it was the correct one. I tried to call you, but no answer. I asked if he was sure the correct one wasn’t in the van. He was sure. He took it back to the van and Lo and Behild the correct one was there, wrongly labelled. He then said it often happened. It was irritating

The bookcase is absolutely lovely. Very well made and finished nicely. It is extremely solid and very heavy. Delivery was as arranged by a very pleasant man. Overall we would definitely recommend this seller and would use them again.
A chunky, rustic item, just what my wife wanted and looks great with her eclectic artwork. The only thing I would mention is that it needs anti tilt fixings, fortunately I had a couple in the toolbox. It would have been 5 stars if these had been included. Other than that if you want chunky wood shelving Andy’s your man, good communication, highly recommend.
Well made solid construction. Looks exactly as expected. A small pot of the stain / finish would have been useful to touch up splits and splinters as it adjusts to the new temperature inside the house.

As with my previous review, the shelves are lovely, the delivery guy was really nice and had good communication but my contract was with Reborn and I feel they should manage delivery better. Please note that only one man delivered the shelves (I bought 2) so someone needs to help move them from the van to the house, they’re really heavy.
I ordered 2 shelves & emailed to ask for delivery after 20th as I was away. Received an email to say I’d be contacted nearer the time. Delivery company messaged on 8th to say delivery was on 14th, explained my request, message had not been passed on, next delivery would be month later & I would be back at work. Arranged someone to accept delivery, next day was told it would now be after 5 on 15th, managed to find someone despite being away in Australia, the shelves are lovely but my contract was with Reborn & I think that they should have managed delivery better. The delivery man was really kind so cannot criticise him.

This is a great addition to my home. Well constructed and lovely to look at.
Excellent quality. It looks really authentic and came exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Very sturdy structure, I have no doubt it will hold for years. Looks very good too. Andy was very easy to work with and provided all the information that I asked regarding dimensions etc. Only thing is with the delivery, £60 is a bit steep for ground-floor delivery only, the latter element was not know at the time of purchase. Also there was no option to pay extra to have delivery on the floor. Perhaps something to consider for the future.
