Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 11 reviews.
Well it’s finally in place and looks great, but I had to employ a joiner to dismantle the top piece to get it up the stairs and then remake it in the room, which has taken the glow off a bit. The drawers stick and are wonky but at least they more or less close now. Just be warned the top piece does not come in nice segments as the advert shows. I like the look of it, but not happy with the price, given what I had to do to get it in the house and will have to do again when I move.
Store owner replied: Thank you for the review, and I'm glad it looks great in place. Sorry the move upstairs turned into such a job. Our units are handmade and built as solid pieces rather than flat pack, which is what gives them their strength and the 25-year guarantee. We can sometimes build in two or three sections for tricky access, so to anyone reading: if you need a piece in more parts than that, just ask before ordering and we'll advise what's possible.
Delivery was organised and pretty smooth. Very pleased with the bookshelf. The family walked in the room and all said how good it looks. It is my second purchase from Reborn
High quality unit . Making a lovely statement in our lounge. Lots of of storage and display. Very good customer service and delivery . We are extremely pleased. Well worth the money .
Absolutely love our unit. The sizes were exactly as described and the wood is lovely. Delivery was excellent with plenty of communication with the delivery company. There was a slight delay to the delivery due to unforeseen problems but we were kept fully informed and the men were very helpful with information about how to fasten the units together. The delivery men also placed the units in the pattern I required and thank goodness they did as the units were heavy. My only complaints are that the receiving holes for the screws hadn’t been pre drilled as we were told. Once we had worked that out it wasn’t a huge problem to drill all the holes ourselves although it would have been a lot quicker (and easier) if this had been done for us. The other thing is that the top drawer comes off its runner when fully open. This is a problem and starting to annoy me as I have to lift the drawer to close it. I have written to Reborn in the last few days and am awaiting a response. I would definitely recommend this company and the units they sell.
Lovely bit of furniture, fits the room and space perfectly. Delivery was smooth.
A lovely place to store and display. Adds character to a bland wall!
